Instructor Biography

Brodie is a facilitator and certified training practitioner with a passion for workplace performance and communication. He focuses his energy helping a wide range of industries and government bodies prioritize and execute their business objectives through instructor lead training solutions, specializing in leadership and workplace communication.
Brodie’s vast experience working with a variety of private and public sector clients has given him a great appreciation for the many successes and challenges faced by today’s workforce. His recent clients have included BMW, Porsche, St. John Ambulance, and the Government of Ontario. He ensures to address individual concerns as part of the learning experience he provides and has a high energy, and passion to see others succeed through creative and results-focused learning environments.
He has a Bachelor of Arts from Queens University and has received his Certified Training Practitioner (CTP) designation with the Institute of Performance and Learning. Brodie uses his 15 + years of training and facilitation experience and his thirst for building relationships to assist teams maximize their effectiveness and satisfaction. He credits his curiosity, adaptability and passion for learning to his success in motivating others to achieve their desired results.
